  • Paul has been involved in real estate for over 23 years. He also has an extensive background in Land Use & Zoning having served as Zoning Official for both Wildwood Crest & North Wildwood. Paul not only holds a NJ Real Estate Broker license, but also has NJ State Fire Inspector and NJ Zoning Official licenses. Paul is past president of the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse Commission, having served as its chairman for 10 years. Paul's background as a business owner and his knowledge of land use and construction complement his vast knowledge of the local and regional real estate landscape. He and his wife Diane opened the first Bed & Breakfast in the Wildwoods' in 1985 and sold it in 1999. Paul and Diane partner their efforts as Realtors.
